Telemedicine allows our health care professionals to evaluate, diagnose and treat students in their room using telecommunications technology. Telemedicine allows students to access medical expertise quickly, efficiently and without leaving their room.
To prepare for your telemedicine appointment a staff member will send any required forms to your Student Health Portal. You will need to log into your Student Health Portal and fill out any required forms by going to My Forms and fill out the General Consent and any other forms on your portal.
