Hospitals, public health agencies, outpatient facilities and community organizations are just a few of the health care settings that are seeking bachelor’s-prepared nurses. In fact, they’re all part of a nationwide push to increase the number of bachelor’s-prepared nurses in the workforce to 80 percent over the next few years.

The baccalaureate degree program in nursing at Siena College is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing
Education, as well as the New York State Board of Regents.

Dual Degree Nursing Program

Baldwin Nursing Program and Ellis Medicine Belanger School of Nursing: Earn two degrees— associate’s and bachelor’s in nursing — in four years through a seamless program.

Meet the Baldwins

The Baldwin Nursing Program was created thanks to a gift from Thomas J., Jr. '81 & Laurie (Kowalczyk) '80 Baldwin. Nursing is a large part of both Tom and Laurie's life as both of their mothers were nurses, and their daughter and daughter-in-law are currently nurses.
