The Registrar's Office at Siena College acts as an academic student service center and maintains the permanent academic records of all students for the college.
The Registrar's Office provides INFORMATION and services such as:
transcript requests, veteran certifications, transfer credit processing, verification of enrollment and degrees, degree clearance and the release of official academic records. We provide information on registration, grades, and final exams.
All students wishing to receive a degree must fill out an application to graduate. This may be done in Siena Hall 102 or download the application here and return it to the office. It may also be sent to email@example.com
If you missed your final exam, contact your instructor directly. If your instructor is not available, contact the instructor's School office (Liberal Arts, Business, or Science).
Log in to Banner Self Service (Web for...) Click on "Login to Secure Area." Enter your user ID (SID) and PIN. Click on "Student Services." Click on "Student Records." Click on "Final Grades."
Use the "Forgot PIN?" feature if you have forgotten your PIN.
Record or Address Change
Print the Student Record Change form, complete the appropriate section(s), and return it to the Registrar’s Office. Please remember to sign the form!
Proof is required to change certain information such as: name, and date of birth.
Provide a photocopy of official documentation to verify the change (drivers license, birth certificate, court documents, etc.).
Due to the signature requirement, record changes cannot be accepted by phone, email or web.
Withdrawal from Siena College
Students who are not returning to Siena College are required to complete a “Leave of Absence and Withdrawal” form
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, during the academic year. During the summer we are open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Monday - Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Fridays
