Intellectual wellness, involves continuously expanding your knowledge and skills, engaging in creative endeavors, and embracing new ideas and perspectives.

Siena Health Services is available to provide students with quality ambulatory health care. They help to promote a healthy community by prevention and surveillance of disease, promote student self-advocacy and wellness, and serve as a health care referral source for students.
Siena also has an on-campus dietitian who can help students navigate the dining halls and build personalized food strategies to support their individual nutrition and wellness needs.
