The degree will provide a comprehensive understanding of information systems, data management, data visualization, statistical and machine learning for predictive model building, and advisory and optimization systems in such business functions as risk management, auditing, fraud and forensics, marketing, human resources, and supply-chain. The program emphasizes relevance to business application contexts and developing not only the technical skills, but also the communication and team skills needed to be successful in organizational settings. The program is structured in an interactive and applications-focused learning environment coupled with a capstone course designed to deliver an integrative experience of a data analytics project life cycle.
