The Registrar's Office provides INFORMATION and services such as:

Transcript requests, veteran certifications, transfer credit processing, verification of enrollment and degrees, degree clearance, and the release of official academic records. We provide information on registration, grades, and final exams.

Final Exams

Final Exam Conflicts: Each semester, a small number of students have conflicts.  

If they are scheduled for two exams at the same time, please arrange a mutually convenient time for an alternate exam. 

Each semester a small number of students are scheduled to have three exams in one day. It is our policy that students are not required to take three exams on any calendar day (not a 24-hour period). If this occurs, the student has the option to choose the two exams for which the student will sit. The faculty member and student must arrange an alternate time/place. 

If you missed your final exam, contact your instructor directly. If your instructor is unavailable, contact the instructor's School office (Liberal Arts, Business, or Science).

MAC OS: Command+F; type in course and number (Ex. ENGL101)

Grades

To view your grades in Banner Self Service as a Student, follow the steps below:

Log in to Banner Self Service: Use your Siena credentials to log in to the SSB9 Student Dashboard.

Click on View Grades: Navigate to "Student Records" and click on "View Grades." 

Select Term: From the first drop-down menu, choose the term for which you want to view your grades, or select "All Terms" to see grades for all courses taken at Siena.

Select Course Level:  Choose the appropriate course level: select "Undergraduate" for courses related to your Bachelor’s Degree or "Graduate" for those part of a Master’s Degree program.

View Grades: The coursework for the selected term and level will be displayed, allowing you to see your midterm grades, final grades, and quality points earned for that term at Siena.

Proof is required for specific information changes, such as legal name and date of birth. Please contact the Registrar's Office to make these changes. Acceptable forms of proof would be a driver's license, birth certificate, court documents, etc.

Withdrawal from Siena

Students who are not returning to Siena are required to complete a “Leave of Absence and Withdrawal” form
