Contact your primary care provider
Primary Care Providers and Practices are often a great resource for mental health referrals. Many offices can provide patients with referral lists for providers in their local communities as well as national telehealth companies.
Finding Providers Through Your Insurance
You can also locate in-network providers through your insurance plan
