The families of 780 freshmen and 134 transfer students arrived on campus on Thursday, August 31, to move in their Saints for the start of the new academic year. Greeted by a welcome team consisting of Orientation leaders, Ambassador tour guides, campus clubs and organizations, as well as Siena staff and administrators, our newest Saints officially started the first chapter of their Siena story.

“Our admission team doubled down this year on its commitment to provide each student and family with a customized journey through their decision-making process,” said Ned Jones, vice president for enrollment management and marketing. “We also leveraged changes in FAFSA regulations: financial aid packages were sent out months earlier than in previous years, and admissions decisions were made earlier in the year to provide students with more time to visit and experience Siena.”
