Internships

This experience provides students the opportunity to put classroom knowledge into practice under the supervision of experienced community professionals and to experience what it means to make a difference in the lives of others. The social work major has two required internships; totaling to 450 hours through their junior and senior year, providing students with real world experience in human services, and integrates classroom learning with actual professional helping.
