Siena's Boeing Mentor 2 Leadership Workshop Series

Siena’s Boeing Mentorship to Leadership Seminar (M2L) is

• A four workshop series program
• Designed to prepare and empower female students and young alumnae to successfully obtain leadership positions throughout their careers - by providing intentional professional skill development and increased awareness of gendered pathways in corporate culture.  
• The practical skills and strategies learned will allow attendees to begin mapping out their career pathways in ways that will close the perceived gender gaps in the corporate world.
• By educating female students now on the skills and strategies they need to close the gap and achieve leadership positions in their careers, Siena’s Boeing M2L Seminar program will empower women to actively build a strategic professional pathway to leadership positions.

The M2L program will focus on three specific areas

Competence, Confidence and Connections.  

The Workshop series will take place over a series of four evenings.  

Dates:    Tuesdays: February 24, March 10, March 31, April 14
Time:      6:00pm - 7:30pm

Participants who complete all four workshops will receive

• a certificate of completion 
• an invitation to attend a networking reception with the University's top leadership
