Dave Stack is currently the President, CEO, Chairman and Director of Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Inc. From September 2001 until August 2004 he was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of The Medicines Company.  Prior to The Medicines Company he was the CEO of Stack Pharmaceutical, Inc where MDCO was one of the primary customers.  From May 1995 to December 1999, Mr. Stack served as the President and General Manager of Innovex, Inc. responsible for the Americas.  Innovex Inc. was a commercial solutions company offering a full range of marketing, sales and clinical development capabilities to pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers, Innovex was sold to Quintiles in November, 1997 for $897 million.  From April 1993 to May 1995 he was the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for Immunomedics, Inc a biopharmaceutical company focusing on monoclonal antibodies in infectious disease and oncology.  From May 1992 to March 1993, Mr. Stack had been the Director of Business Development and Planning for Infectious Disease, Oncology and Virology for Roche Labs where he was the Therapeutic World Leader for Infectious Disease.  Prior to that he held various positions with Roche Labs for approximately 12 years and was a retail and hospital pharmacist for three years after graduating from Albany College of Pharmacy, he also holds a BS in Biology from Siena College where he is currently a Trustee.

Dave was recognized as the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2003 (New Jersey Healthcare).  He is a Director of Amarin, Medivo, Inc, and  PepTx, Inc.

Antonio (Tony) Civitella began his career as a computer software intern with James Forth & Associates, a management-consulting firm.  He successfully developed and launched the company’s flagship product, Routefinder Pro.  As Vice President and COO of Forth Associates, he purchased the company in December 2000 and became President & CEO.  He changed the company’s name to Transfinder to reflect the focus on the products and services associated with pupil transportation.  He has successfully led the development of the company’s full product line, management, development, and support teams, growing the company’s employee base to more than 75 professionals today.

His company celebrated its 25th year in business in 2013 and now occupies a new high-tech state-of-the-art headquarters in downtown Schenectady, NY.  Under his leadership and recognized for continued growth and expansion during the past decade, Transfinder has been named to the Inc. 5000 for seven consecutive years (2007-2013) as one of the fastest growing private companies in the United States.

His commitment to the local community and support for educational programs offered to students from Schenectady County Public Schools, was recognized in 2013 by the Mayor of the city in naming Tony a Patroon, the highest honor awarded a citizen by the city. 

Mr. Civitella is active in the National Association for Pupil Transportation (NAPT), National Association of State Directors of Pupil Transportation Services (NASDPTS), The Association of School Business Officials (ASBO), New York Association of Pupil Transportation (NYAPT), the Texas Association of Pupil Transportation (TAPT), the New York State Association of School Business Officials (NYSASBO) and the New Jersey School Transportation Supervisors (NJSTS).  Mr. Civitella holds a B.S. degree in computer science from Siena College.

Rick Coté is the Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer and a Board Member of Movado Group, Inc., a NYSE (MOV) publicly listed Company. Mr. Coté joined Movado Group, Inc. in January 2000 as Executive Vice President – Finance and Administration. In May 2001, Mr. Coté was promoted to Executive Vice President - Chief Operating Officer, in March 2010 he was promoted to President and COO and in March 2014 to his current position of Vice Chairman and COO. He has served as a Board Member since 2001.

Movado Group, Inc. designs, sources, markets, and distributes fine watches globally in the luxury and fashion watch categories. The company owns the trademarks for Movado, Ebel, and Concord brands and licenses the watch trademarks under the Coach, Tommy Hilfiger, HUGO BOSS, Scuderia Ferrari,  Lacoste, and Juicy Couture brands. It operates in the Wholesale and Retail segments, offering its watch brands to jewelry store chains, department stores, independent regional jewelers, licensed partner retail stores, and a network of independent distributors globally and operates 37 retail outlet stores in the United States. Movado has 1,200 global employees with operating facilities in the United States, throughout Europe, the Middle East, Greater China and South America.

Prior to joining Movado Group, Mr. Coté worked for Colgate-Palmolive, a NYSE  (CL) global consumer goods company, for15 years in various Financial Management roles.  He was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Colgate’s $2 billion U.S. operations from 1998 to 2000, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Colgate’s fast growing $1 billion Asia/Pacific operations from 1993 to 1998, and Vice President global Audit from 1990 to 1993.

Prior to joining Colgate-Palmolive, Mr. Coté spent eight years at the public accounting firm of KPMG LLP in New York City achieving the position of Senior Audit Manager. Mr. Coté is a 1976 graduate of Siena College with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.

Guy Maddalone is an entrepreneur with 29 years of payroll, human resource, and employment services experience. He originally founded his Clifton Park-based company with the placement of home healthcare workers, nannies and other household staff. Shortly thereafter he identified a need for domestic worker payroll services and became the original “NannyTax” payroll tax provider, known as GTM Payroll Services. Pioneering the way, he quickly added national clients and became known as “The Industry Expert”, as cited in numerous Wall Street Journal and New York Times articles, as well as appearing on MSNBC and other morning shows. Wanting to share his unique knowledge with others he decided to write a human resource guidebook for household employers, entitled How to Hire a Nanny: A Household HR Handbook (Sphinx 2006, 2012 2nd edition) which quickly became the go-to reference for US domestic employers.  A 1989 Siena College graduate (Accounting), Guy is active in New York’s Tech Valley region as CEO of GTM Payroll Services and is a graduate of the highly acclaimed MIT and INC Magazine Birthing of Giants program as well as the past president of the Albany Chapter of the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO). 

Rich Rosetti ’87, is a local entrepreneur who owns several notable businesses; Rosewood Home Builders and Saratoga Chrysler Jeep Dodge.  While building his enterprise, Mr. Rosetti has earned several awards, including being listed as the number 1 Home Builder in the Capital Region in 2002 and consistently one of the Top 6 Home Builders in 2008, 2009 and 2011, despite the declining economy.

Marisa Ricciardi '98 is the Founder & CEO of Ricciardi Group (Former CMO of New York Stock Exchange). She led the firm through a dramatic brand transformation, retooling the NYSE's listings franchise to become #1 in attracting technology IPOs. Through this interaction with both Fortune 500 companies and pre-IPO startups, she identified a market need to advise growing companies on a host of marketing issues, inspiring her to found the RicciardiGroup. She is a frequent guest lecturer at NYU Stern and teacher at General Assembly for Digital Enterprise.
