"My favorite thing about the School of Business is how much responsibility it gives students to lead in meaningful ways. The roles I’ve taken on haven’t just been titles, they’ve been opportunities to contribute, problem–solve, and support the people around me. I’ve been encouraged to share my voice, engage in impactful conversations, and take part in work that genuinely shapes the student experience. Dean Assudani, in particular, has created an environment where students are trusted to grow, think critically, and lead with intention. I’m grateful to work alongside such an inspiring leader and my fellow SAB Student Representatives as we continue developing our leadership skills rooted in clarity, collaboration, and purpose. The faculty here truly listen, trust students with real responsibility, and encourage us to step into decisions that matter. The School of Business has made me proud to belong to a community that invests so deeply in its students."

Since I’ve learned that lesson, I became the Vice President and Founder of Business Analytics club and now represent all Business Analytics majors as an Advisory Board member. "Siena University's School of Business has markedly expanded my knowledge and experience beyond my initial expectations. I have been an intern at Siena University's Stack Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship since September 2025 and presently serve on the Student Advisory Board. Consequently, my most valued aspect of the School of Business is the faculty's dedication and the effort they invest in each student. The small class sizes facilitate a more personal relationship with the professors, enabling them to provide personalized guidance toward achieving success."
