In the strategic human resource development concentration, you'll examine the critical role of human resource management in achieving an organization's strategic objectives. You'll gain deep knowledge of topics related to planning, recruiting, selecting, developing, training, compensating and retaining employees in a diverse workforce. This concentration is excellent preparation if you want to start a business, work in the public or private sectors, join a not-for-profit or pursue graduate education.

Concentrations are available to all students and can be combined with all majors, including each of the majors offered by the School of Business.
