Studying Latin as a minor helps you gain critical reading, analytical, research, and communication skills. And it is useful for careers in a variety of areas including museum science, law, education and library science.

As a Latin minor, you'll have the opportunity to study various aspects of the classical past including literature, history, philosophy, myth and religion, art and archeology. You'll also be able to take travel course to places like Italy, Greece, Turkey, France and the Netherlands, to name just a few.
