  • A. Siena University recognizes many forms of communication for official University business.
    Administrators and faculty may use written documentation, telephone conversations, email and Web documents as formal forms of communication. Official University business includes all actions of the University including, but not limited to, providing general information, course information, disciplinary notice and general administrative functions of the University.
  • B. Email accounts to all students and campus mailboxes to resident students; these are recognized as official document and notification addresses for University communications, as well as local or permanent addresses for commuting students.
