FACULTY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Applications are being accepted for the FACULTY MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP for the 2023-2024 academic year. These scholarships are funded through faculty contributions and memorial gifts to honor deceased faculty members.
This year there will be two scholarships for $7,625 each. Recipients must be full-time students who will graduate in May 2024.
Recipients are chosen on the basis of academic merit and only secondarily on the basis of demonstrated financial need. Because the applicant pool is very competitive, quite often an engaging letter can distinguish your application; therefore please include a compelling, cogent, and effective narrative that tells your personal story.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Students who apply must have completed a minimum of 72 credit hours, with at least 60 of those taken at Siena, as of January 2023, and must have a GPA of at least 3.75. Please note that this message is b eing sent to the Class of 2024 and Class of 2025 distribution lists just in case there are students on these lists who meet the qualifications.
DEADLINE for applications: Monday, April 24, 2023.

ACADEMICS
The Siena Center For Private Wealth Management and the Siena Financial Planning Club are co-sponsoring a presentation 'Managing Your Student Loans and Establishing Your Credit.'
This will take place on Monday, April 3 at 12:40 in SSU 243.
If your Saint wants to find out how to keep track of all their student loans, what their repayment options are, what their monthly payments might be, how to determine if they want to consolidate their loans, how to establish good credit, how to check their credit report, and more, please invite them to join.
REGISTRATION
Registration for the summer/fall 2023 semester begins the week of April 10.
Students should be on the lookout for an email in regards to their specific day and time for registration. Please note: registration groups are based on credits EARNED this does not include credits/courses that they are currently enrolled in this spring.
