FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

WHERE CAN I ACCESS MY DEPARTMENT’S LOGO?

To access your departmental logo you will need a computer on Siena’s network. Once you sign in using your network log-in, you will look for the Public Folders (P:) drive. Here, open the “Communications” folder and look for the “Departmental Logos” folder. 

Any piece being created for external audiences needs to be reviewed by the Office of Marketing and Communications to ensure that Siena's branding standards are met and that you have created the appropriate print-ready files. 

HOW CAN I REQUEST THAT PHOTOS BE TAKEN AT MY EVENT?

If you are interested in having us photograph an event, please fill out the Photographer Request Form. In the event that we can't photograph the event it is the requestor's responsibility to pay for an external photographer. 

I HAVE AN IDEA FOR A STORY. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

If you know of an event or happening on campus that you think might make a good story, contact Julia Hess at jhess@siena.edu with details. 

I’M LOOKING TO PRINT DEPARTMENTAL LETTERHEAD, AM I IN THE RIGHT PLACE?

I’M LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC CAMPUS PHOTO THAT I CAN’T SEEM TO FIND ANYWHERE.
