Room Condition Reports
Your Room Condition Report (RCR) is a form that you, as a student, complete. It describes the physical condition of your room when you move in. Your room condition report can be completed using the form below for your residential building.
Community Living staff have gone through and inspected the condition of your room before you arrive; now it is your turn! Completion of this form is highly recommended. As a resident living in the space, it is vital for you to inspect the condition of your room. We recommend you complete this form before settling into your space. We will use this form to fairly assess damages, if any, at the end of the year. We also ask that you label all photos you send to housing@siena.edu. Failure to submit the form will result in an assumption of condition at move-in during the damage billing process.
RCRs must be completed within 14 days of moving into a new space.
