Saint Card Information
- Saint Cards are issued at no charge to all new students and employees. You can receive a Saint Card at the Business Services counter in the Sarazen Student Union, Room 229.
- Your card is valid as long as you a member of the Siena College community. The functionality of the card becomes void upon termination or interruption of enrollment/employment.
- Your Saint Card is used for identification as well as:
- Door access - Your Saint Card is actually your “key” to campus.
Card readers allow an individual’s access to areas while leaving these locations secured from intruders and those not part of the Siena College community. Access levels are based on your residence, registration and major. All Siena College housing is secured with card access control. - Meal plan usage - Your card is encoded with the meal plan and bonus dollars option you choose each semester. Meal plans and facilities
- Library card - Your Saint Card allows full access including resource materials for the Standish Library.
- Transportation Services - Use your card to ride the College Shuttle services between designated campus locations. Students can also ride CDTA bus service for free.

- Deposit Money on your Saint Plan or Additional Bonus Dollars:
- Deposits can be made at the Business Services counter during normal business hours with check or cash.
- You can also make deposits online with a credit card (Mastercard & Visa) at https://get.cbord.com/siena.
- On and Off campus locations to use your saint card.
- Replacement Card: If your card is lost or damaged due to negligence, you will be charged a replacement fee of $50. This fee will be charged to your Student Account. Please complete the Siena College Saint Card Replacement Request form online and you will be emailed when your card is ready for pick up
- DO NOT punch a hole or slot in your card. If you do so and your card becomes disabled, you will be charged the replacement fee of $50.00
- Lost Card? Report your card lost or stolen at https://get.cbord.com/siena. Please complete the Siena College Saint Card Replacement Request form online and you will be emailed when your card is ready for pick up. Temporary cards are available in Public Safety.
- Found a Lost Card: Please return it to the Business Services Office or mail to: Returned Postage Guaranteed, Siena College, 515 Loudon Road, Loudonville, NY 12211
