You will soon be among the ranks of more than 30,000 Siena alumni throughout the region, the country, and the world! As a prospective graduate, you are cordially invited to participate in the Commencement ceremony on May 12, 2019 to be held at the Times Union Center in Albany.

Where is Commencement Held?
Siena's Commencement Ceremony will be held at the Times Union Center located in downtown Albany, approximately 5 miles from campus.
Will we need tickets for Commencement?
Yes. Each graduate will receive 10 Commencement Ceremony admission tickets with their invitation, which will be mailed to their home address on record in late April. Tickets are required for entry.
What time should we be there on Commencement day?
We recommend that guests arrive at the Times Union Center between 8:45 - 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning. The procession will start promptly at 9:45 a.m.
How long does commencement usually last?
The Commencement Ceremony will start promptly at 9:45 a.m. and typically last three hours.
Where will my graduate assemble?
All graduates are to assemble at 9:00 a.m. in the designated Exhibition Hall areas of the Times Union Center. Buses will be available to transport graduates from Siena beginning at 8:00 a.m.
How do we get to the Times Union Center? Where should we park?
Information can be found at the Times Union Website. Parking is available in the attached Times Union Center Parking Garage at a rate of $4. The garage fits approximately 900 vehicles. Both outside and inside parking lots are available in the surrounding area, as well.
A member of our family has mobility impairment and requires special access at the Times Union Center. How do we arrange for this?
Please contact Kathy Renaud at email@example.com or by phone at (518) 783-2307 by April 15 to make arrangements for special seating accommodations. Seating for persons in wheelchairs is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Special seating passes are required for all special seating and wheelchair areas, and are issued in advance. We request that one family member remain with guests with disabilities at all times.
