1.  I just celebrated my 40th year at Siena.  I’ve served under eight presidents but only three vice presidents, having worked nearly two decades with both Tony Pondillo and Paul Stec, and this past year with MJ Strunk. All three have been wonderful colleagues and friends. I work with a great HR team, and have enjoyed working with so many committed and caring faculty and staff over the years which has been, by far, the highlight of my time at Siena.

2.  Siena has also been a big part of my personal life. I attended Siena, met and married my husband at Siena, my sons were christened in the Chapel, and my son, Michael, graduated from Siena.

3.  Speaking of my sons, I am truly blessed to have wonderful twin (now adult) sons, and, as of this past June, an incredible daughter in law.

4.  One of my favorite places to be is on the beach. We’ve been vacationing at the ocean with my extended family for the past 25 years.

5.  I am originally from this area and have lived in Clifton Park most of my life.

6.  I’ve recently started playing golf again (though not well) after an almost 30-year hiatus.

7.  When our sons graduated from college we took a family trip to Italy, the most beautiful country I’ve been fortunate enough to visit. Touring Siena was a very special and meaningful experience.

8.  I enjoy going to  concerts - 70's rock music is my favorite.  I’ve recently seen Sting, Steve Miller, Foreigner, James Taylor, Roger Waters and Robert Plant. I never dreamed I would be seeing some of these same bands and musicians almost 50 years later.

9.   Though not a wine connoisseur, I’ve been fortunate enough to visit beautiful vineyards in Tuscany, the Napa Valley, and the Finger Lakes.

10.  I enjoy baseball and have been to more than a dozen major league ballparks and several spring training stadiums. In fact, I was recently at Camden Yards while visiting my son, Will, who lives just outside of DC.
