The Positionality training can be adapted to meet your classroom needs. Typically, it covers the basics of identity: who we are, how we see ourselves versus how others see us, etc. The training then dives into intersectionality, which leads to our main topic of positionality. Because of the identity-mapping students will complete, the training will introduce them to microaggressions, stereotypes, and identity-based privilege.
