Club Leaders 

Our Alumni Clubs are led by alumni volunteers with the support of the Office of Alumni Engagement.  Club leaders are key players in bringing Saints together, creating opportunities to share experiences, and strengthening the Siena community.  Each Club leader will be assigned a member of the Alumni Engagement team to work with. 

Leaders are expected to:

  • Plan at least two club events each year 
  • Plan a service opportunity for alumni during October to celebrate St. Francis Week
  • Promote Club events and initiatives through outreach
  • Serve as an ambassador for Siena College
  • Connect bi-annually with assigned Alumni Engagement team member
  • Assist in the promotion of Alumni Engagement events planned in Club’s area and on campus (i.e. Alumni Weekend and Homecoming)

Office of Alumni Engagement support

The Office of Alumni Engagement Team is here to support our Club leaders.  Each Club will be assigned a specific Alumni Engagement Team member to work with.  

  • Alumni Engagement team members will provide support by:
  • Assisting with event marketing (i.e.: emails, social media, event listing on Siena Alumni Events page and the Club’s web page, etc.)
  • Providing event registration via Siena Alumni’s web portal
  • Acting as College liaison for Club leaders when Club’s interact with campus partners (i.e.: Admissions, Career Center, Athletics)
