This series of courses provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage projects which complete objectives, on time, and within budget. Students develop confidence in using concepts and tools to scope work, estimate costs, schedule and assign activities, lead teams, monitor and communicate progress, and evaluate the success of projects. Students completing this concentration gain familiarity with project management systems, and software, and learn how to motivate individuals, manage teams, and track progress.

This is one of 22 concentrations offered in the School of Business. Concentrations are available to all students and can be combined with all majors, including each of the majors offered by the School of Business. Students who select the business major must choose two concentrations to build their unique degree.
