Research that matters

“The project I'm working on with Dr. Greenhalgh is about seasonality in epidemics and describing them as a closed form solution so it’s easier to understand for people who do disease modeling. This project has exposed me to a new way of thinking about math and how it can be applied to real-world problems. Exposure to this type of analysis has given me valuable tools I can use in the future, and it’s shown me possible career paths as a math major.”
