The Academic Success Center provides Drop-in and Individual Peer Tutoring during both the Fall and Spring semesters.
Tutoring services are available to all currently registered undergraduate students at Siena at no additional charge. All ASC Peer Tutors have come highly recommended by faculty and have completed tutor training, and take part in online professional development workshops.
We do not provide tutoring for non-Siena students, nor do we hire tutors from off campus.

Drop-in TUTORING
Drop-in style tutoring allows students to receive academic support without having to book an appointment. Students may attend part or all of the session. This style of tutoring provides students with quick, on-demand assistance for specific questions about course concepts. Students can utilize drop-in tutoring hours to clarify and ask questions, work through practice problems, and stay and do homework with a peer tutor on-hand to help. Come as needed throughout the semester!

This academic support service allows our tutors to provide personalized assistance to a single student on a specific subject or course concept. This a tailored approach that allows the tutor to explain concepts in a format and at a pace that aligns with the tutee's specific needs.

- On the next page, select the course you are seeking tutoring for.
- The appointment book will then populate with available dates and times. Select the day & time of your tutoring appointment, then review the details & confirm on the next page. In the comments box, please provide specific information about what you need assistance with. This will help the tutor prepare for your appointment.
As of the Fall 2025 semester, all tutoring for ATDV 110, MATH, and BAAS courses takes place in The Math Center.

Tutoring Policies:
- All one-on-one peer tutoring appointments require a 2-day notice, so you cannot book a tutoring appointment less than 48 hours in advance.
- Students can cancel up to 12 hours in advance. Students must email the tutor directly if they need to cancel less than 12 hours in advance.
- Appointment scheduling will be blocked for students who have 3+ no-shows for tutoring appointments.
- Tutors can be booked for appointments through the last day of the semester. There are no appointments available after the last day of classes for the semester.
