Early Alert Notice (SKIPS) – If an instructor notes that a student is repeatedly absent from class and/or is experiencing significant academic difficulty, the instructor should complete and submit the Early Alert Notice / SKIPS report form.
Professional staff members in the Academic Success Center will follow up with the student. We may also reach out to faculty and other professional staff members who can assist us with supporting the student's academic progress and overall success.
