Lonnstrom Challenge: Donate to Help Ukraine

Our community, led by Dr. Dmitry Burshteyn and Dr. Jami Cotler, has been collecting used laptops to send to Ukrainian students so they can study remotely in their war-torn country.

If you or your Saint would like to help but don’t have equipment to donate, Doug and Cris Lonnstrom have generously offered to match up to $1,000 in monetary donations from the campus community.

There are two ways to donate by Friday, November 10:

– Drop off a check made out to Ukraine Friends to Lisa Witkowski, director of public and government affairs, in Siena Hall 215D.

– Donate online through Ukraine Friends, and email lwitkowski@siena.edu about your gift.

(Drs. Burshteyn and Cotler are still accepting used laptops, tablets and USB-C chargers in their offices in Roger Bacon Hall.)
