Part-Time Student Voluntary Enrollment Information 2025-2026
Siena University offers part-time students the opportunity to voluntarily enroll in the Siena University student health insurance plan with Anthem for the 2025-2026 year.
COST:
- Students approved for enrollment will have the cost of the plan charged to their Siena University student account.
- The cost of the plan is billed by semester on the first tuition bill of the semester.

- Students applying for coverage mid-semester will be billed pro-rata for coverage from the start date of coverage to the end date for coverage for that semester as listed above.
ELIGIBILITY
In order to be eligible to enroll, part time students must:
- Be in good financial standing with the University.
- Be registered for at least 1 credit at Siena University and remain enrolled for the duration of the semester.
- Students who withdraw from the University during the semester may have their coverage terminated at the end of the month in which they withdrew and a pro-rated refund applied to their student account.

CANCELLATION OF COVERAGE:
Once enrolled, part-time students may request cancellation/termination of coverage by emailing studentlife@siena.edu and may have their coverage terminated and a pro-rated refund applied to their student account.
