All new and returning CA candidates will be required to go through a background check. Information about this process, including required paperwork, will be shared in greater detail directly with candidates.
The CA Selection process has several key components that each candidate must complete to be fully eligible for the position. Candidates are required to:
- Attend one mandatory information session (Eight are offered on different days/times, and candidates only need to attend one).

- Wednesday, January 24, 2024 - 7:00-8:00 p.m. - Roger Bacon 202
- Wednesday, January 24, 2024 - 9:00-10:00 p.m. - Roger Bacon 202
- Complete the CA Application.
- All CA Applications Due: Monday, January 29th 2024 (11:59 p.m.)
- Reference Contact Information 2024-2025 Due: Monday, January 29th 2024 (11:59 p.m.)
- All applications are responsible for sharing this link to their references (CA and Siena reference)
- The References' submission is due Monday, January 29th, 2024 at 11:59pm.
- Submit Certified Resume (must meet with Career and Internship Center)
- Due: Friday, February 2nd, 2024 (11:59pm)
- Participate in an CA Individual Interview
- A 30-minute interview the weeks of February 5-14 with 2 Residence Directors and 1 Current Community Assistant (time slots will be communicated via email on January 30th, 2024)
- Participate in the CA Group Process Interview.
- Saturday, February 10, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
