The CA Selection process has several key components that each candidate must complete to be fully eligible for the position. Candidates are required to:
- Attend one mandatory information session (Five are offered on different days/times, and candidates only need to attend one).
- Wednesday, November 18, 2026 - 5:00-6:00 p.m. - Roger Bacon 202
- Wednesday, December 2, 2026 - 7:00-8:00 p.m. - Ryan Hall 1st Floor Lounge
- Monday, December 7, 2026 - 5:00-6:00 p.m. - SSU 241-243
- Tuesday, January 19, 2027 - 6:00-7:00 p.m. - Hennepin Hall Lounge
- Thursday, January 21, 2027 - 5:00-6:00 p.m. - Roger Bacon 202
- Complete the CA Application.
- All CA Applications Due: Monday, January 25, 2027 (12 p.m. Noon)
- To receive an application, a candidate must attend an Information Session first
- Participate in a CA Individual Interview.
- A 30-minute interview the weeks of February 1-12 with 2 Residence Directors and 1 Current Community Assistant
- Time slots will be communicated via email late January
- Participate in the CA Group Process Interview.
- Saturday, February 13, 2027 from 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Come ready to participate in group activities
- Breakfast provided
