MISSION STATEMENT
To promote Interfaith Dialogue in the Capital District of New York through programs that engage the members of the communities about religion and diversity; to promote peace, harmony, and religious acceptance in the community. Our activities aim to support local educational institutions in their missions of Interfaith Dialogue and educate the students in interfaith mission; support Interfaith Dialogue in the Capital District of New York through programs that educate students, and members of the public; to promote peace, harmony, and respect for religious differences; to create a climate of respect and learning for each other's traditions, through education and acceptance of members and guests as people of religious faith; value the participation of persons who model and communicate a vision of expectancy and hope for the future; aspire to develop spiritual connections through educational programs which engage in dialogue about the beliefs and practices of the world's religions; welcome non-members as participants in our activities; work cooperatively and interdependently to support the achievement of peace and harmony in our community; support one another against biased attacks on our respective faith communities.
