1. The summer after my sophomore year at Siena, I packed up my car and drove cross-country by myself from upstate New York to sunny California. I was lucky enough to stay with my college roommate, Mady Cossack ’19, and her family. I got a job working at a summer camp on the beach and had the summer of my life!

2. Right after graduation, I was on a trip through a travel course at Siena, in the EU. Our flight back to the US was on my 21st birthday, so I added eight hours to my birthday because of the time change and had a drink in four different countries! That’s a lotta birthday.

3. In the 5th grade, I fell off a horse and ruptured my spleen. Yes, you can in fact live without a spleen. Yeehaw.

4. Sorry Garfield, but growing up my favorite day of the week was Monday. Every Monday was soup night at my house. My mom made a homemade soup of the week and we got to watch a movie with dinner!

5. My best partner in life is my dog, Bean. I adopted her my senior year at Siena, and she lived in the townhouse with us! As happy as I am to see her, she’s even happier to see me every day when I get home.

6. When I was 6 weeks old, I was baptized in a lake, in the Adirondack’s at Pyramid Life Center.

7. Before working in the athletics department, the only basketball game I attended during my time at Siena was the MAAC Championship in men’s basketball in 2017. It was electric.

8. I spent 12 years of my life as a figure skater, twirling, jumping and sliding all around the rink on 1/4 inch thick blades and performing in shows. My senior year of high school, I joined the hockey team.

9. I know everyone says it, but my mom actually is my best friend. For my 18th birthday, she sent me and my best friend on a scavenger hunt all the way from Plattsburgh to Siena College (it was right after I committed) with multiple clues and stops to friends and family along the way. It was robably one of the coolest birthdays I’ve ever had!

10. I was bit by a radioactive spider at age 13. I did not develop any super powers (at least not yet), but I do think Kale tastes good now.
