Two Siena faculty members were recently featured by the career search site Zippia to discuss job prospects for graduates in their fields.

Lisette Balabarca, Ph.D., associate professor of Spanish, and Lucas Tucker, Ph.D., department chair and associate professor of chemistry and biochemistry, both provided write-ups for the site about how students in their programs can parlay their college education into a rewarding job.

Tucker will soon be featured on a page about career opportunities for those with degrees in chemistry and biochemistry. He encouraged students to explore additional certifications, licenses, and courses.

This isn’t the first time Siena has been featured by Zippia – the College was named #1 in New York for getting a job after graduation. Siena’s finance program was ranked 5th best in the state.
