Admissions

College is all about new experiences, new friends, and discovering what makes you thrive—and staying active can be a big part of that. Whether you played sports in high school or just want a fun way to move, Siena offers plenty of opportunities to keep fitness in your routine—without the pressure of varsity athletics.

Find Your Fitness Community

One of the best ways to stay active is by joining club or intramural sports. These give you the chance to compete, have fun, and meet new friends—without the demanding schedule of varsity athletics. You don’t have to be a D1 athlete to stay involved in sports and do what you love! Club and intramural sports are a great way to stay active, compete, and have fun—without the intense commitment of varsity athletics. Whether you’re into soccer, volleyball, spikeball, basketball, flag football, yoga, or something else entirely, there are plenty of ways to play, stay fit, and meet new friends.

Move at Your Own Pace

Not into team sports? No problem! Siena’s fitness center has everything from cardio machines to group classes, so you can work out on your own schedule. Love the outdoors? Our Capital Region location offers incredible trails for running, biking, and hiking—perfect for clearing your mind after class.

More Than Just Exercise—A Sense of Belonging
