Siena College achieved impressive recognition in the recently released Albany Business Review’s 2024 Book of Lists, showcasing a growing regional impact across multiple categories. The annual publication highlights top organizations in the region, offering valuable insights for decision-makers, marketers, and analysts.

Siena ranked 13th on the Fastest-Growing Companies (Large) list, which measures three-year revenue growth for organizations with annual revenues exceeding $100 million. Siena was the only higher education institution to make this list, with an impressive 16.29 percent growth over the period.

The College also placed fourth among area colleges and universities in enrollment, with a 2.73 percent year-over-year increase, bringing the Fall 2024 student population to 3,772. This growth underscores Siena’s continued appeal to prospective students, bolstered by steady growth of the graduate population, reflecting the College’s commitment to diversify enrollment and offer programs that meet market demand, according to Jason Rich, vice president for strategy, communications and outreach.

Siena’s annual Festa Vino Food, Wine & Spirits Festival ranked 22nd among the area’s largest fundraising events, raising $111,100 in 2023. This annual gathering not only supports key College initiatives but also strengthens ties with alumni, donors, and local partners.

These rankings highlight Siena’s dedication to innovation, academic excellence, and community impact, underscoring our position as a leader in the Capital Region.
