Gloria Ballien Fund was established to provide scholarships for students who have financial need and who, while not necessarily having attained superior academic performance, show academic promise or in other ways demonstrate potential for developing into outstanding students and citizens. This scholarship shall be used only for students for the study of science, math technology and engineering. It is my intent in creating this fund to thank Siena College for proving a great and generous service to seniors in the Capital District area and for its support of the Siena Opera Club.
