The Joseph J. and Cecilia O'Neil Dawson Scholarship is awarded annually to an incoming freshman who is a graduate from the Binghamton, New York area. The student must demonstrate satisfactory academic performance and financial need. An award will be made to an incoming freshman every year. Scholarships are renewed based on satisfactory academic performance and financial need.
