Student Events Board

We are the largest programming organization on campus, planning and hosting about 250 events a year. SEB works to promote inclusive programming that appeals to all facets of the Siena student body. Each of our committee chairs work hard to plan their events throughout the semester. We host events such as musical performances, games, movies, stress-relieving activities and performers of many kinds.

​What we do

We are devoted to providing quality entertainment to the Siena community. The purpose of the Student Events Board is to coordinate student entertainment, co-curricular, and cultural programs for the Siena Community – both on and off-campus. Through the use of creativity and ingenuity, the entirely student run organization presents many opportunities for the Siena Community to enjoy not only the academic pursuits of Siena, but also the social aspect.

SEB sponsors traditional types of entertainment in the form of bands, comedians, and speakers, but also presents other non-traditional events designed for Siena such as coffeehouse acts, open mic nights, Winter Weekend, Siblings Weekend, Charity Week, big concerts, as well as SienaFest. SEB also oversees and regulates the sale and distribution of goods and services of campus clubs and organizations. The Board encourages the development of new areas of entertainment based upon student interest.

Meetings are held every Monday at 5:25 p.m. while classes are in session. Meetings are open and all are welcome to attend.
