What is it?

Banner Self Service is an online portal that you will use for many things, such as signing up for

housing, accepting your financial aid, accessing your class schedule, and eventually seeing your

grades.

How do I set it up?

You will first need access to your Siena College email account.

Check your Siena email, as instructions were sent there on or around May 8th.

What if I’m locked out?

You need to contact the ITS Help Desk to reset your login information.
