Research Experience

In collaboration with Dr. Andrea Smith-Hunter, Maria Carzo, a management graduate of 2024, conducted research on a wide range of topics, including student-athlete experiences and the role of women in entrepreneurship across different continents.

Pitching to Executives

Siena's BUDV450 capstone class partnered with Common Roots Brewing Co. for a real-world consulting project. Guided by professors Natasha Adams and Daniel Robeson, students developed strategic recommendations to support the brewery’s growth and its non-profit foundation after a devastating 2019 fire. The hands-on experience included pitching their ideas directly to Common Roots leadership, impressing them with innovative, actionable insights. This collaboration gave students a unique chance to apply classroom knowledge, gain real-world experience, and build skills in strategy and business communication.

internships and real-world connections

Imagine interning at Price Chopper, GE, KPMG, or even the Special Olympics New York—that’s the level of opportunity you'll have at Siena. We’re committed to opening doors, so you graduate with a portfolio of experience that proves your value. These internships aren't just résumé builders; they’re the springboard to full-time job offers, connections, and career clarity.
