The Healthcare Management minor provides students, regardless of major, with a background in the healthcare management profession. Students will learn about the societal context of various healthcare delivery systems and the major issues and challenges affecting the healthcare industry. They will study the managerial skills required to be a competent, ethically aware healthcare manager who is focused on the needs of patients, clients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
