Standard charges are applied to all vandalism and to tasks determined to require a set fee per work request. All charges for core changes and vandalism shall be passed on to the responsible party. There is a robust process in place where Facilities Management works with the Community Living office to ensure that all charges for core changes and vandalism are passed on to the responsible party.
Facilities Management is resourced to perform maintenance and repairs (M&R) to campus facilities.  Any requests for space improvements or other work that is not M&R, will be reviewed by Facilities to determine in-house or contractor resource requirements and all associated work will be paid for by the requesting party.
