Siena College CEPD Employer Recruiting Policy
Last updated: September 2020

COVID-19 Policy/Procedures:

By using CEPD services, organizations certify that they are in compliance with New York State and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) with regards to COVID-19, which mandates adherence to guidelines with PPE, hygiene and social distancing measures. This includes hand washing, mask wearing and proper distancing as outlined in the CDC and NYS guideline links below.

For any employer/posting that is not regulated by NYS (i.e. babysitting/childcare, personal tutoring, etc.), CEPD strongly recommends strict adherence to NYS and CDC guidelines. Compliance with these guidelines is the responsibility of the employer and is not monitored or controlled by CEPD.
