Who We Are and What We Do
The Title IX/EEO Office has primary responsibility for coordinating the University’s efforts to comply with, and carry out, its responsibilities under Title VI, Title VII and Title IX, which prohibit discrimination in all of the University’s programs and activities.
The office is a resource for students and employees seeking information on their rights under the law, and on support services available to them related to discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct.
The Title IX Coordinator/EOS oversees the University’s response to reports and complaints that involve possible sexual misconduct, discrimination, and harassment. Upon receipt of a report, the Title IX Coordinator may provide reasonable and appropriate interim measures designed to preserve the complainant’s educational experience while maintaining the integrity of the investigative and resolution process.
If you believe you have been the victim of an incident of sexual misconduct, discrimination, and/or harassment, please contact Siena's Title IX Coordinator.
