Disciplinary procedures for violations of the Student Code of Conduct are designed to foster moral and ethical development and accountability while upholding Siena University community standards. Siena University expects members of its community to be responsible for appropriate standards of conduct. Students are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the University policy and applicable local, state, and federal laws.
