Students with a current or pre-existing medical condition that are under the treatment of a physician must complete a Medical Parking Permit Request form. The form may be obtained from the Public Safety Office or Siena Health Services Website. This form must be completed by the attending physician and returned to Health Services for review. The general criteria for a medical exception requires a minimum of six appointments per month to a medical professional.
The Director of Health Services will review the documentation and forward a recommendation to the Director of Public Safety. If the request is approved, the Director of Public Safety will notify the student by email of the decision.
Upon obtaining an exception, the student will be required to present a receipt of treatment from the medical practitioner on a monthly basis.
