Individuals, whose vehicle has been ticketed six times, will be declared a Persistent Violator.
- Persistent Violators receiving a seventh ticket or subsequent tickets, in addition to the ticket, will have their vehicle booted and/or towed from campus.
- Any vehicle that obtains three or more tickets for being unregistered will be booted.
- The fines and tow charges for their vehicle will be the responsibility of the operator/owner of the vehicle.
- People who have been declared Persistent Violators will remain such for the remainder of the current Academic Year regardless of the status of their parking fines (paid or unpaid).
When the next Academic Year commences all former Persistent Violators will have their Persistent Violator status removed and will start the year without carrying forward that designation
