All motor vehicle accidents occurring on the Siena University campus should be reported to the Public Safety Department.
The New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law requires that accidents causing personal injury or damage in excess of $1,000.00 to the property of another person must be reported to the Department of Motor Vehicles within 10 days.
State Motor Vehicle Accident Reports (MV104A) is available at most police departments and DMV offices.
