Persons who have received citations may appeal the violation to the Traffic Appeals Committee.
All appeals must be appealed online within 30 days of citation.
- Fill out appeal request form
- You will receive a confirmation of the appeal
- You will be contacted by Public Safety regarding the outcome of your appeal.
All decisions of the Committee are final.
NOTE: Appeals must be submitted to the Committee within 30 calendar days from the date of the cited violation. Appeals received after the 30 days will not be considered by the Committee.
