All Siena University New Hire Enrollments for benefits and any Life Event benefit changes are completed through the NFP Solution Benefits Portal.  All full-time employees must complete this process within 31 Days of their start date at Siena, even if they wish to decline all benefits offered within the portal.
New full-time employees will receive an email inviting you to register for the portal and complete your benefits enrollment.

 The NFP Solutions portal contains all the information you need about the medical, dental, vision, and flexible spending account (FSA) benefits.  Please see links below for helpful user guides.

Please note that NFP Solutions is an external portal on the Employee Navigator platform and is not owned by Siena; therefore, Siena IT Services will not be able to assist with resetting your password for NFP Solutions.

New Hire Enrollments will be reviewed by Human Resources for approval.  Please check your pay stub in Banner Employee Self Service to make sure your Payroll Deductions match the Employee Contribution amounts reflected in your enrollment in NFP Solutions, and contact Human Resources immediately, if they do not. 

For Life Event Changes, please access NFP Solutions with the username and password you created, and submit your changes within the 30-Day Special Enrollment Period.   Your changes will be reviewed by Human Resources for approval.  Documentation for changes made due to a Life Event is required; please check with Human Resources to find out which documentation is appropriate for the change you are submitting.
